I will rise

There's a peace I've come to know
Though my heart and flesh may fail
There's an anchor for my soul
I can say "It is well"

Jesus has overcome
And the grave is overwhelmed
The victory is won
He is risen from the dead

And I will rise when He calls my name
No more sorrow, no more pain
I will rise on eagles' wings
Before my God fall on my knees
And rise
I will rise

There's a day that's drawing near
When this darkness breaks to light
And the shadows disappear
And my faith shall be my eyes

Jesus has overcome
And the grave is overwhelmed
The victory is won
He is risen from the dead

And I will rise when He calls my name
No more sorrow, no more pain
I will rise on eagles' wings
Before my God fall on my knees
And rise
I will rise

And I hear the voice of many angels sing,
"Worthy is the Lamb"
And I hear the cry of every longing heart,
"Worthy is the Lamb"

Song by Chris Tomlin.. Listen to it.

Hey Leandi, Solly posted a note to say you've been blogging. I've loved reading it. Reading your rendition of what you went through makes me realise that we really took your miracle for granted. What an amazing miracle your life is, and I feel so privileged to know you. Your life I know will touch many many people and I delight in the fact that I'll hear first hand about these feats for the King. Blessings and I'll be popping in again to read some more.
Love, Leonie xx

Thanks so much Leonie. As time goes by I realise more and more that God did this miracle for Himself, and I mean that in a good way. As He is using it for His own Glory ofcourse, He is a jealous God and in that it gives the experience meaning for ME. If God didn't use it, it would've been such a depressing story as I did not like the experience for the experience itself.
